  • Irish Cattle Breeders Federation Converted large cattle genealogy tables to mySql & write php scripts for on-line querys and extracts.  Will provide HTTP and streaming media servers

  • U.S. Secure Shipping Software  The On-line system allows shipping agent's clients access via "Managed Account(s)" to remotely input booking and bills of lading data reducing triple entry.  When shipping agent and client are ready, the software edits all data (according to Customs and Border Patrol Specs), moves records to production tables, generates a U.S. Customs Manifest (EDI AMS 309), and transmits it to CBP.  System will also processes AMS form(s): 350, 353, 355, and 358.  Shipping Agents, as well as their clients, will have full reporting and notification functionality.  System developed with php and mySql using the InnoDB engine.  The EDI translation and parsing routines are written in Microsoft C using the mySql C APIs.

  • Faith Christian Academy  Installed wireless network, rebuilt several workstations, and upgraded OS from Win98 to Win2k.  Site includes digital photography, video clips, online audio Bible, online calendar(s) of events, Maint screens, email server, and streaming media server  System also has on-line lunch menus, athletic & school activities, and homework assignments broken down by teacher, subject , and date range.   Site developed with php and mySql.

  • AmPro Energy - Parse Energy Services Group (ESG) files and built energy billing system - calculates 810/867 records & creates invoices for mailing or eMail

  • Utility Choice Electric - Energy billing/auditing systems - auto download and parse ERCOT scr727 & settlements/billing files & built mySql tables - Used myODBC to convert existing Microsoft SQL Server tables to mySql

Mike Massingill

Director - Information Technology

Mike Massingill oversees all areas related to system integration, network management and software development in regard to Stream Energy's information technology architecture (of which he is considered the primary co-developer).

Immediately before joining Stream Energy in 2004, Mike was a contract Systems Analyst/Programmer for IntraSYS International, Inc. (a Houston-based telecommunications services firm). Prior thereto, Mike served in senior analyst and programmer positions with a variety of firms, including TelOne Telecommunications and TelCam Telecommunications (where at both firms he created and maintained billing, customer service and transactional clearinghouse systems), Heartline Communications and Baroid Corp.

Mr. Massingill has a Bachelor in Computer Science degree from San Jacinto College and is further a Certified Netware Engineer.
